For MS Office 2016 crashes after updates on April 8, 2025.

Step 1 – download and install Update KB5002700. If it is already installed, you will get an error saying it is already installed. You must make sure it is installed first. If it does install, you will need to reboot after installation.
mso2016-kb5002700-fullfile-x86-glb.exe = the 32 bit version – try this one first.
mso2016-kb5002700-fullfile-x64-glb.exe = the 64 bit version – try this one if the 32bit does not work.

Step 2 – download install Update KB5002623.
msodll202016-kb5002623-fullfile-x86-glb.exe = the 32 bit version – try this one first.
msodll202016-kb5002623-fullfile-x64-glb.exe = the 64 bit version – try this one if the 32bit does not work.

MOST PEOPLE HAVE THE 32bit VERSION OF MS OFFICE 2016.
